Concrete Driveway Extension Built Right From the Ground Up

We also use plastic sheeting as a vapor barrier under the slab to control moisture from below. These aren't extras. They're just how it should be done.

The finished result ties into the existing driveway cleanly. The new section matches up flush, the edge transitions smoothly, and the expansion joints are cut in to keep everything looking intentional. The homeowner ends up with noticeably more usable space and a front that finally looks complete.
